Buying a home is a big deal — and truthfully? It’s not the right move for everyone. No pressure here — just real talk from someone who wants you to win long-term.

Let’s go beyond the hype and get honest about whether homeownership fits your life right now.


💬 Ask Yourself These Questions:

💰 1. Am I financially ready?

It's not just the down payment. Can you afford the monthly payment and still save a little each month?

Here’s the thing people don’t always tell you:
If a hurricane rolls through and you need to pay a $5,000 deductible, are you ready?
Your dream home shouldn’t become a financial nightmare. A little planning now goes a long way.


📍 2. Am I staying put for at least 2–3 years?
